Neuman Refund & Return Policy

We’re committed to making sure you love your experience with neuman While we always strive to deliver high-quality products and service, we understand that there may be situations where a return or refund is necessary.

Please read our updated policy below:


✨ Return Eligibility & Timeframe You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:

- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

- Items must include all original components (tags, seals, accessories, etc.).

- You must provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shopneuman.com Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


🚤 Items That Cannot Be Returned For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:

- Personal care or beauty products

- Custom/personalized items

- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

- Gift cards

- Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales

If you have questions about your item’s eligibility, feel free to email us before placing your order.


🚫 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- A clear photo or video of the issue

- Your order number and shipping label

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or solution. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


📦 Missing Item Claims Claims for missing items must include an unboxing video that clearly shows:

- The unopened package

- Full opening process without cuts/edits

- Visible product contents inside the box

Without this proof, we are unable to process claims for missing products.


❌ Order Cancellations & Changes Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after purchase. Please email us immediately if you made a mistake. Once an order is marked as "shipped," it cannot be modified or cancelled.


🛫 Shipping & Delivery Responsibility We aim for timely deliveries but cannot control delays caused by couriers, customs, or local disruptions.

Neuman is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control

  • Packages marked as delivered by the courier but reported as not received

  • Lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery at the shipping address provided

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer at checkout

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase. If an incorrect address is entered and we are not notified in time before shipment, Neuman cannot be held responsible for failed delivery, loss, or additional shipping costs related to reshipment.

Please contact the courier directly for delivery disputes. We’ll assist where possible, but these cases are outside our liability.


♻️ Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds will not be granted for:

- Normal wear and tear

- Customer misuse

- Unauthorized returns

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.


Shipping Protection Policy

We offer two types of shipping for your order:

1. Standard Shipping

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, our responsibility ends.

  • We cannot be held liable for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after successful delivery confirmation.

2. Insured Shipping

  • With insured shipping, your order is fully protected until it reaches your hands.

  • If your package has not been received under any circumstances (lost, stolen, or undelivered), you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Proof may be required (e.g., confirmation from the courier or a written statement) to support your claim


🇪🇺 EU Customers - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order was shipped within the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be returned in unused, original condition.
